Will my Laptop fit?
We abbreviate our product sizing to the nearest whole number. Therefore a 15.4" -16" screen will likely fit in our 15" case category. Each case also lists it's internal computer compartment dimensions in the features section for your reference.

What if my laptop doesn't fit the way I like or if I decide the case won't work for me?
We offer a 30-day return policy during which time you may return your order for any reason at all.

How long will it take before my order ships?
If your order is placed before 1pm (eastern time), we make every effort to ship it the same day. In some rare cases, the order will ship the next day. If you are at all concerned with the timing of your shipment due to upcoming travel, please call us at 888.662.4300 or email us at education@hggear.com.

Are corporate or education discounts available?
We do offer both types of discounts. Please call 888.662.4300 for quotes. 

What should I know about custom orders?
All custom orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable. In the event of a warranty claim, customized items will be replaced with a standard stock item of the same sku or item of equal value. Replacement items will not include customization or logos.  It is advised to order extra units as replacements if students lose or damage their case.

What are your lead times for larger orders?
Lead times for sewn goods is around 45-60 days for production for transportation (around 30 days for ocean). Molded products are 15-30 days for production plus transportation.  Freight / logistics including customs inspections are a few variables which are beyond our control and may affect final lead time.
